Louise De la Mane

With the GMP-facility on the Ghent University Hospital campus, our mission is to facilitate moving research “from bench to bedside” by providing expertise, equipment and a licensed GMP-facility for the production of cell- and gene therapeutics for early phase trials. We have experience in the production of: 

• Dendritic cell vaccines
• RNA encapsulated lipid nanoparticles
• Virus specific T-cells 

We are currently establishing GMP-production of lentiviral particles as a starting material for cell-based gene therapies.
