Research focus
We are interested in the usage of a novel in-house developed bioconjugation methodology to exploit antibody analogues (Ab) as delivery vehicles for oligonucleotide therapeutics (ON) to overcome current limits regarding ON specificity and potency.
Novel therapeutically relevant Ab-ON conjugates will be synthesised, characterised, and biologically evaluated which potentially leads to a platform technology which could be adapted to other ONs.
