Small animal optical imaging (INFINITY)
Platforms & Expertise
Accessible for academic and industrial partners
Description
Preclinical imaging system for non-invasive in-vivo optical (bioluminescence and fluorescence) imaging of rats and mice. For fluorescence imaging the system is equipped with 12 excitation filters and 5 emission filters that can be used to image reporters that emit from green to near-infrared. The system includes animal handling features such as a heated stage and gas anaesthesia connections. The optical imager can also accommodate Petri dishes or micro-titer plates for in vitro imaging.
