MACSima (spatial biology) launch event in CRIG
Poster program with QR code for registration
Last year, a team of principal investigators within CRIG &VIB-UGent was awarded with a grant from ‘Stichting tegen Kanker’ to install a MACSima platform in Ghent (read more...). The award-winning MACSima technology (Miltenyi Biotec) is an automated, high content imaging system that allows spatial biology by analysis of up to 200 protein markers on a single fixed sample. The MACSima technology is now installed in Ghent at the VIB-IRC, and will be available for all research teams within CRIG as well as for external collaborators.
On Tuesday June 20th (15:00 – 17:00), a MACSima launch event is organized at the VIB-IRC (seminar room FSVM building), hosted by prof. Martin Guilliams. The MACSima specialists will present the technology, and Prof. Guilliams will demonstrate results from a hallmark study that solved biological questions using the technology. There will be time for questions and interaction. Drinks & reception afterwards.
All interested research teams and potential users are welcome to this event!
Registration is free but obligatory (via this link or via the QR code in this poster program).
