CRIG's Single Cell mini-symposium

Scope

In collaboration with several research teams*, CRIG organizes a one-day single cell mini-symposium in Ghent. Next to exciting keynote lectures from top experts in the field, presentations will cover a broad range of approaches and technologies for single cell isolation and analysis available within CRIG, as well as downstream applications to reveal complex tumor biology at the single cell level. A call for abstracts is launched with opportunity for poster presentation (and/or short oral pitch) to stimulate new collaborations.

* Organizing committee: teams of prof. Geert Berx, prof. Yvan Saeys, prof. Frank Speleman, prof. Katleen De Preter, prof. Filip Van Nieuwerburgh, prof. Ward De Spiegelaere, dr. Dominique Audenaert, dr. Niels Vandamme, and dr. Pieter Rondou on behalf of CRIG
