Research focus
The Safepedrug Clinical Trial Unit is a collaboration between the Departments of Pediatrics and the Drug Research Unit Ghent (D.R.U.G). In the SPD-CTU, pediatricians, pediatric study nurses and study coordinators combine their expertise.
The team provides services, knowledge and guidance to researchers and sponsors of studies and is known for its punctual, qualitative and child-friendly approach. All pediatric clinical studies are conducted in accordance with applicable (inter)national laws and regulations and meet the highest quality standards.
