'Tumor metabolic acidosis: a key piece in the puzzle of colorectal cancer heterogeneity' - Lecture

Lecture by prof. Cyril Corbet (Pole of Pharmacology and Therapeutics (FATH); Institut de Recherche Expérimentale et Clinique (IREC); University of Louvain (UCL) Medical School), entitled 'Tumor metabolic acidosis: a key piece in the puzzle of colorectal cancer heterogeneity'.

Prof. Corbet (UCL) is an expert in cancer metabolism and the interplay with the tumor microenvironment. Using in vitro/ex vivo models such as spheroids and (patient-derived) organoids, he has contributed to the understanding of the influence of the acidic microenvironment on tumor cell metabolism. More information on his research can be found via this link.
