Research focus

My research focuses on development and application of novel tools to model allele specific expression, mostly in single-cell RNA sequencing data. These methods can unfold attributes like random monoallelic expression at cellular level that cannot be observed in bulk RNA Sequencing. The wide applicability of these multiomic approaches can provide novel insights in cancer research.
