CRIG@levensloop 2019

For the third year in a row, CRIG will join the 'Levensloop' event, an initiative by the Foundation against Cancer ('Stichting tegen Kanker') focusing on solidarity and fundraising in the battle against cancer. During this event, different teams participate in a 24h run, during which at least one member of the team is on the track at any time - walking or running. Every participant pays 10 euro, which goes directly to the Foundation against Cancer to help cancer patients, support cancer research and inform the general public. Next to running and walking, you can visit the different team stands and have a drink or snack. Children can go to the children's village for some fun. This year, for the first time, there will also be a scientific village.

At the CRIG stand, we will organize games for children and sell some food and drinks. Of course, we also hope to find enough runners (or walkers) to span the 24 hours event.

In short: we would be very happy to welcome you at the CRIG stand that weekend! Want to do more? Always welcome to join the CRIG-team via this link or help us out at the stand (just drop as an e-mail via crig@ugent.be)!

Thanks a lot & see you there!
