Research focus
My research focuses on the development of computational methods for systems biology to improve cancer subtyping and to aid in the discovery of novel drug targets or biomarkers. To this aim, we integrate different data types, such as omics data, interaction networks, pathological images, clinical data, etc. Our methods are broadly applicable, in particular they are cancer type agnostic.
