Research focus
Fien Van Campe works on the EUNAVIGATE project. EUNAVIGATE is a European project investigating navigation programs in different EU countries. Navigation programs support older people with cancer and declining health throughout their trajectory to live as well as possible at home. Specially-trained navigators help older people and their families access needed resources and services, while providing companionship and support.
We aim to develop and implement EUNAVIGATE and evaluate its effectiveness and cost-effectiveness in improving the quality of life and well-being of older people with cancer and their family caregivers, as well as how it is implemented in practice.
