Research focus
My past research has focused on mapping interindividual differences in treatment efficacy across various microbiome-related diseases. In addition, I have developed novel flow cytometry-based methodologies for applications such as accelerating the determination of antibiotic mechanisms of action, identifying pathogens in infectious diseases, and predicting treatment response in patients.
In my current research, I aim to leverage my interdisciplinary background to develop novel methods for tackling gynecological cancers.
