Research focus
My research focuses on leveraging cancer histopathology images for cost-effective biomarker discovery in cancer prognosis. To this end, I am developing novel machine learning methodologies that utilize histopathology images, cancer-omics data, and clinical data from cancer patients to support cancer prognosis and complement treatment decision-making. I aim to validate these approaches across several solid tumors.
