Research focus
The nanobody lab specializes in the development and characterization of nanobodies that can be used as research tools and may offer potential for the development of novel therapeutic applications.
I am involved in the whole process starting from protein production and purification to obtain a pure antigen needed for immunization and panning, library construction, phage display and panning, nanobody screening, until the final selection of the nanobodies.
We also offer support in characterization afterwards which mainly consists of epitope mapping, immunoprecipitation, elisa, octet affinity measurements, immunocytochemistry,…
