Description
We have a modular expression system (MoClo) that allows to screen libraries of regulatory DNA sequences in Pichia pastoris. This allows to test and screen different promoters/signalsequences/promoter terminator combinations/tags…
Screening are typically done based on expression levels, either through experimental assays, visualization via Coomassie or Western blot, or fluorescence (when using GFP/RFP… as a tag).
The platform facilitates recombinant expression and allows to rapidly screen different target candidates.
