CRIG group leader Pieter Mestdagh is nominated for ‘New Scientist Wetenschapstalent 2016’

For his groundbreaking research on the role of noncoding RNA in cancer (and more specifically melanoma), prof. Pieter Mestdagh is nominated by the New Scientist for the award ‘Wetenschapstalent’ (science talent in Belgium and The Netherlands). From 25 nominees, 5 candidates will be selected that proceed to the final round in Amsterdam. Selection is based on a jury vote and public vote.
