Research focus

My research focuses on the development of T cell engagers in the context of the treatment of solid tumors. These T-cell engagers are antibody-based molecules and can form a bridge between tumor cells and T cells, allowing T cell-mediated toxicity to be unleashed on the tumor. This work aims at designing next-generation T cell engagers which combine improved safety with enhanced efficacy, potentially paving the way for achieving more durable therapeutic benefit.
