My research is focused on the studies of factors regulating normal and malignant human hematopoiesis, as leukemogenesis arises from aberrant expression of genes during normal hematopoietic differentiation. This progressive research field fascinates me because it offers many outstanding scientific questions to be addressed, and the results can be further used for the development of effective leukemia treatments. In our laboratory we apply the latest technical advances (such as NGS and etc.) to address these scientific questions with superior sensitivity.
