Research focus
RRM2 is a potential synthetic lethal target in cancer cells. RRM2 is affected by copy number alterations including focal amplifications in neuroblastoma.
In my project I investigate the role of RRM2 as so-called replicative stress resistor and novel druggable target in neuroblastoma.
In addition, I'm also investigating upstream regulatory processes controlling RRM2 expression levels including the novel BIO-ID approach in collaboration with the Eyckerman lab.
