Research focus
The overarching objective of the project presented herewith is to discover novel ionizable lipids for formulating mRNA into lipid nanoparticles, with high potency, specific cell or tissue tropism or other therapeutically relevant biological features. Selected formulation will be evaluated in vivo in mouse models in a therapeutic setting that leverages the unique properties of identified lead LNP
