U(Z)Ghent uro-oncologist Prof. Dr. Karel Decaestecker in 'Topdokters'

Every Monday evening around 8.30 pm, you can follow Prof. Dr. Karel Decaestecker in the successful Flemish series 'Topdokters'. Dr. Decaestecker is renowned for his work in robot urology. In 2017, he was the first in Europe to execute a kidney autotransplantation using robotics. Furthermore, he is a specialist in uro-oncology, including the reconstruction of replacement bladders made of small intestinal tissue.
