Publication by team Prof. Yvan Saeys in top 10 in bioRxiv’s list of most downloaded preprints of 2018

In the bioRxiv’s list of most downloaded bioRxiv preprints of 2018, a paper from the unit of CRIG group leader Prof. Yvan Saeys hits number 10. The study in question ‘A comparison of single-cell trajectory inference methods: towards more accurate and robust tools’ evaluates different methods for cell trajectory inference in single cell analysis and provides user guidelines for selecting the most suitable method for a specific research question. The evaluation pipeline is available at GitHub and the team is open for further discussion and feedback about the topic.
