I assist PhD students and postdocs in their research projects in the Speleman lab.
My major focus is on technical assistance for the ongoing modeling and drugging efforts in zebrafish.
I obtained a Bachelor in Biotechnology (Vives, 2014).
As of October 2014, I got the opportunity to work as a cancer research technician in the lab of Frank Speleman.
I obtained experience in animal modeling (zebrafish), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) of zebrafish, In vivo drugging on zebrafish, RT-qPCR, PCR, DNA-RNA extraction from tissue and next-generation sequencing library preparation.
